Paul Flett is a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in Media, Licensing, Consumer Marketing and Sales based in the USA and in Europe. Paul works at the intersection of CPG, Fashion, Lifestyle, Wellness, Fitness, and Celebrity, and is an expert at connecting ideas and retail, new revenue streams, and business models. Paul has previously worked for multinational corporations and has managed some of the largest brands in the world. He held senior marketing management positions at Nestlé, L’Oréal, Mattel and Sega Europe before transitioning into licensing and business development and holding general management positions at Warner Bros. Consumer Products, MGM Studios and Skechers USA. After managing several celebrity brand licensing programs at United Talent Agency, Paul founded two Los Angeles Licensing and Consulting companies. Most recently, Paul worked in the Health and Wellness space for the leading brand management company, Healthy Lifestyle Brands, representing several celebrities and credentialed medical experts for consumer product endorsements and licensed partnerships. Paul has been a Voting Member of BAFTA since 2005 and has dual citizenship in the UK and USA.
